100% of Camberley Homes are Energy Star Certified

What Is ENERGY STAR®?
ENERGY STAR® is the government-backed program helping businesses and individuals protect the environment through superior energy efficiency. Energy efficiency, delivering the same (or more) services for less energy, helps protect the environment. When we use less energy, we need smaller amounts to be generated by power plants, which reduces greenhouse gas emissions and potentially improves the quality of our air. By saving consumers and businesses millions each year in energy costs, energy efficiency helps the economy. ENERGY STAR certified homes are independently verified to be at least 30% more energy efficient than homes built to the 1993 national Model Energy Code or 15% more efficient than state energy code, whichever is more rigorous.

What Does ENERGY STAR Mean to You?
Results are already adding up. In 2004 alone, Americans, with the help of ENERGY STAR, saved enough energy to power 20 million cars – all while saving $10 billion. Energy efficient choices, like ENERGY STAR, can result in material savings & save families about one third on their energy bills while helping to prevent global warming. ENERGY STAR helps you make the energy efficient choice without sacrificing style, comfort or features.

Why Did Camberley Choose ENERGY STAR?
Building ENERGY STAR qualified new homes allows us to improve the performance and durability of our homes at no additional cost to you. By using tried and true construction measures put forth by ENERGY STAR standards, Camberley Homes can offer potential homeowners superior comfort, indoor air quality, quiet interiors and potential for increased resale values. ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are third-party verified by home energy professionals. The verification process occurs during construction in order to facilitate satisfaction of the ENERGY STAR guidelines and requirements.

What Other Information is Available?
ENERGY STAR was introduced as a voluntary public-private partnership program that helps give people the power to protect the environment. As the government-backed, trusted symbol for energy efficiency, the ENERGY STAR label identifies highly efficient products and designates superior energy performance in homes, building and over 40 different product lines. We encourage you to learn more about ENERGY STAR at www.energystar.gov.

Our Approach

PUTTING YOU AT THE HEART OF THE DESIGN PROCESS:
The Camberley Homesâ„¢ approach is a unique process that is as distinctive and individual as your new home should be. It offers flexibility that allows you to choose the amount of time and the level of personal involvement you want throughout the building experience.

WHERE THE CREATIVITY BEGINS:
A Camberley Homes exclusive, the In-Depth Interview (IDI) sets the foundation for both builder and buyer. Led by your Community Operations Manager, this interview process helps identify what you need, want, and expect from your homebuilding experience.

A PERSONAL POINT OF CONTACT:
From the IDI onward, your Community Operations Manager will lead your building team and be your personal point of contact as your home develops. We aim for consistent representation, constant communication, and a smooth, streamlined construction process.

THE TIME YOU NEED FOR THE HOME YOU WANT:
Camberley Homes’ unique approach to distinctive homebuilding affords you the opportunity to focus on the details you want. This carefully orchestrated experience ensures that all your decisions can be made thoughtfully, so that all the structural and design elements of your home are woven together to achieve your vision.

THE PART YOU PLAY IN BUILDING YOUR NEW HOME:
Your IDI will also reveal how much you want to immerse yourself in the construction process. Visits to the building site - and the nature and duration of those visits - will be timed to meet your expectations. This is a level of service every premium homebuyer deserves - but seldom receives.

Should you choose to delegate decision making largely to Camberley Homes, you can rely on our expertise to give you the home you want. The choice is entirely yours.
