Join us for a fun and informative session on how to stage your home so it will stand out from the crowd. Staging a home provides a unique first impression that could provide the opportunity for a quicker sale, a higher price in the market or a reduced level of stress.
The home staging presentation will be conducted by Julie McDonald from Meridian Home Staging and Design. Julie is an accredited staging professional with over 16 years of hands-on experience helping people stage their home. “Research shows that buyers who properly stage their home on average enjoy a quicker sale and get a higher selling price compared to a non-staged home. We partnered with Meridian Home Staging and Design to share the latest staging tips and design techniques that will make your home stand out in the market. We want to help our buyers get ready now for the spring selling season. said Cynthia Herberg, Director of Marketing for Camberley Homes.
