Camberley Homes Wins a 2007 Silver Award from the National Association of Home Builders

Award for the Innisbrook Model at Stockwell Manor in Falls Church, Va.

Bethesda, MD (January 3, 2007) – Camberley Homes, the premium home building division of Winchester Homes, Inc., announces today that the Innisbrook model at its Stockwell Manor community in Falls Church, Virginia, has won the 2007 Silver Award presented by the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) for the “Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced $1 million to $2 million�.

During a three-day judging process, a panel of eight industry professionals from around the country selected winners from a field of nearly 1,400 entries. “The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales, “ said Dan Levitan, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners.�
