Innisbrook and Estate Series Models honored for outstanding design

Bethesda, MD (November 15, 2006) – Camberley Homes, the premium home building division of Winchester Homes, Inc., announced they have been honored with three distinct design awards for their home models in the Stockwell Manor community in Falls Church, Virginia and the Riverwood community in Ellicott City, Maryland, during the 2006 Monument Awards sponsored by the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association.

Camberley Homes was honored with the following 2006 Monument Awards:

• “Honorable Mentionâ€? - Single-Family Homes (on lots under 7,000 square feet), over $1,000,000 for the Stockwell Manor community’s Innisbrook model located in Falls Church, Virginia. The architectural firm of Pinnacle Design & Consulting, Inc., designed the model.
• “Implementation of an Innovative Product Lineâ€? winner for the Riverwood community’s Estate Series located in Ellicott City, Maryland. The renowned California-based architectural firm of Bassenian/Lagoni designed the model.
• “Outstanding Feature in a New or Remodeled Homeâ€? winner for the Stockwell Manor community’s Innisbrook model located in Falls Church, Virginia. The architectural firm of Pinnacle Design & Consulting, Inc., designed the model along with Carlyn and Company Interiors & Design.
